This Cookie Policy explains how EasyHire, powered by Coltigent Technology Services PVT LTD, uses cookies and similar technologies on the public website.

Cookie and tracking rules vary by jurisdiction. This page describes the technical system EasyHire uses. It is not a claim that the product is automatically compliant with every privacy or ePrivacy law. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. EasyHire’s consent record is a first-party cookie that stores only category flags and a version number. It is not an authentication cookie and does not contain your name, email, or account id.

We group cookies into the following categories:

• Necessary (always on). Required for the website and application to work, including security, load balancing, and remembering this consent choice. These cannot be turned off.
• Analytics (optional). Optional measurement of how the public site is used (for example, aggregated page statistics). No analytics vendor is loaded until you accept this category.
• Functional (optional). Optional preferences and enhanced features that are not strictly required (for example, remembering UI choices). None are loaded until you accept this category.
• Marketing (optional). Optional advertising or marketing technologies. EasyHire does not currently load marketing tags on the public site. If added later, they will stay blocked until you accept this category.

The following first-party cookies may be set by EasyHire. Session cookies used to sign you in are HttpOnly and are required for the logged-in product. They are not used to record marketing consent.

The public-site consent cookie is named eh_cookie_consent.

Optional scripts are listed in a central configuration and load only after you accept the matching category. EasyHire does not currently load analytics or marketing libraries on the public website. Until a vendor is added to that list, accepting those categories does not inject extra third-party tags.

Future vendors must be added to the cookie catalog and script registry so they remain blocked without consent.

On your first visit to the public website, a banner lets you accept all cookies, decline optional cookies, or choose categories. Necessary cookies stay enabled. You can change optional categories later with Cookie Settings.

You can also control cookies in your browser, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other core features from working.

We may update this policy and the consent version when categories or vendors change. If the stored consent version no longer matches, you will be asked again. The “Last Updated” date is kept in EasyHire’s legal configuration.
