Security & Privacy
Last Updated:
This page describes product security practices based on current EasyHire functionality. Passages marked [Review required] are placeholders for EasyHire / Coltigent and qualified counsel. Legal commitments about personal data live in the Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
EasyHire is a recruitment platform operated by Coltigent Technology Services PVT LTD. This page describes how the product is designed to protect hiring workspace data and candidate information. It is not a substitute for the Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We use technical and organizational measures intended to reduce risk, and we continue to improve those controls as the product evolves.
2. Workspace access
Hiring organizations use company accounts. Access inside a workspace is role-based so recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators see the tools their role allows. Platform operators administer the service separately from customer workspaces.
Customers are responsible for inviting the right people, assigning roles, and keeping account credentials private.
3. Customer data isolation
EasyHire is built as a multi-tenant product. Candidate applications, interviews, and hiring reports belong to the hiring organization that collected them. We do not share candidate information with other EasyHire customers unless the candidate applies to those organizations or a feature the customer or candidate enables requires it.
4. Transport and sessions
The public website and product use encrypted transport (HTTPS) in production. Account sessions use authenticated cookies and server checks so protected recruiter and candidate areas are not available without a valid login or interview token.
5. Interview integrity
AI interviews can include integrity and proctoring signals — for example camera, environment, or session events — when those features are enabled for a role. Hiring teams review those signals alongside scorecards. They are decision-support, not an automated hiring outcome.
6. Candidate privacy
Candidates apply with contact details and a resume, complete invited interviews, and may use a candidate portal when it is enabled. We process that information to run the recruitment workflow for the hiring organization, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Cookie preferences on the public website are separate from account authentication. See the Cookie Policy for how the marketing site uses cookies.
7. Certifications and audits
[Review required] Publish only certifications, audit reports, or subprocessors that are current and accurate. Do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar unless EasyHire / Coltigent holds them.
8. Security contact
For privacy or security questions about EasyHire, email info@coltigent.com. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, include enough detail for the team to investigate. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal data in the first message.
